Terms & Conditions

Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully before booking.

Deposits:

When booking a package, a minimum deposit of £50 (£30 for Interior Detail Package) is required to confirm the appointment. The deposit may vary depending on the package booked, this will be discussed upon booking.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you need to cancel the booking for whatever reason, or the vehicle is unavailable for the appointment, the deposit will not be refunded.

If the cancellation is on our part, for example bad weather, illness, etc, we will contact you before the appointment to agree a mutually acceptable date and time, or a full refund can be issued.

Personal Belongings:

It is the vehicle owners responsibility to ensure that all personal belongings are removed prior to the appointment. We recommend removing all valuable items, documents, etc from the vehicle prior to the appointment.
 
Hi-Definition Detailing or our technicians will not be held responsible for any damage caused to personal belongings left inside the vehicle during or after the appointment. 

Child Safety Seats:

Hi-Definition Detailing are not responsible for the removal or refitting of child safety seats. It is the vehicle owners sole responsibility to remove the seat prior to the appointment. If any child safety seats remain in the vehicle, the technician will work around it if it cannot be removed at no reduction in cost.

Vehicle Sizes Explained:

The cost of our packages depends on the size of your vehicle. Larger vehicles generally take more time to service. Therefore, this is reflected in our pricing structure as follows:

HDD Care Plan - Initial Appointment:

  • Small Car (Corsa, Fiesta, Clio, etc) - £150

  • Medium Car (Astra, Focus, Megane, etc) - £170

  • Large Car/SUV (Estate car, 5 Series, Range Rover, etc) - £190

HDD Care Plan - Follow-Up Appointments:

  • Small Car (Corsa, Fiesta, Clio, etc) - £120

  • Medium Car (Astra, Focus, Megane, etc) - £140

  • Large Car/SUV (Estate car, 5 Series, Range Rover, etc) - £160

Full Detail:

  • Small Car (Corsa, Fiesta, Clio, etc) - £150

  • Medium Car (Astra, Focus, Megane, etc) - £170

  • Large Car/SUV (Estate car, 5 Series, Range Rover, etc) - £190

Exterior Detail:

  • Small Car (Corsa, Fiesta, Clio, etc) - £100

  • Medium Car (Astra, Focus, Megane, etc) - £110

  • Large Car/SUV (Estate car, 5 Series, Range Rover, etc) - £120

 
Interior Detail:

  • Small Car (Corsa, Fiesta, Clio, etc) - £65

  • Medium Car (Astra, Focus, Megane, etc) - £75

  • Large Car/SUV (Estate car, 5 Series, Range Rover, etc) - £85

All the above prices are subject to change depending on the condition of the vehicle. Our technicians will discuss this with the owner upon arrival to the scheduled appointment.
